Wordpress Plugin Needed

I’m looking for a wordpress plugin that will do the following:

1. Normally, the plug is your title with spaces replaced with dashes. I would like a plugin that will let me set a minimum and maximum length for the plug.
2. I would also like for the ability to have the plug size set randomly.
3. Finally, an option to be able to select the first few words up to the maximum size of the plug specified earlier.

Anyone know of a plugin that will do all or part of this?
