Earn1KaDay.com was started about 13 months ago now, and when I got the idea, I had no idea how much and how fast it would grow, and how popular it would become. I get emails and PM’s and see very nice comments in the forum daily, and it really inspires me to keep going with this, even though some days it’s a struggle getting everything done, time wise.

It’s been a while since I realized I needed help, and even longer since I started losing sleep over the thought of what would happen if something would happen to me, even temporarily. Nobody could take over, and that would be sad, as well as inconvenient for many members that have come to rely on the site.

I also wanted to continue to improve the content, so that many members could think of Earn1KaDay.com as a one stop place for all their IM educational needs. The problem was, I didn’t have the time to do more than I was doing.

Recently, when I saw some of the things that two of our members were doing together, it occurred to me that their future plans, combined with what we already have in Earn1KaDay, would make a terrific combination, tough to beat in any membership site of this price. So, I got out my arm twisting device, which worked like a charm.

Those two members are Steven Resell and Gregg Gillies. They’ve been very active in the forum, as you’ve probably noticed, and now will become even more active, because they’ve agreed to contribute their talents and content to Earn1KaDay.

It starts with something they announced last week, which is the IM Coaching Club. They posted this thread in the forum:

Not only will this site be made available for no charge to Earn1KaDay.com members, but Steven and Gregg are allowing our members to have access to “back issues” of SSM as well. To get an idea, think of SSM as a magazine subscription. When you get an issue of a magazine in the mail, that’s all you get, you don’t get back issues, and if you found a story which had been continued from a prior issue, or referenced an earlier report, you were out of luck if you didn’t have the back issue.

With SSM, it’s the same sort of delivery system, a monthly issue, but our members will have access to the back issues, unlike others that are paying their $27 a month. So that in itself is a bonus (and yes, I understand there will be back issues archived before the 1st issue, which is sort of a new twist, so definitely that’s a huge bonus for us).

Additionally, you’ll be able to interact with Gregg and Steven about their coaching club and about SSM, and your questions and answers will either be addressed in the forum, or in a future issue, or both. The public outside Earn1KaDay, though they’ll be paying for their subscription, won’t have that ability unless they decide to upgrade their SSM subscription to a full Earn1KaDay.com subscription.

SSM should be launching this week, so as of now, the value of Earn1KaDay.com has increased by a minimum of $27 a month. Of course you won’t have to pay an extra penny on top of what you already pay monthly.

The other thing about SSM is that it will provide content applicable to relative IM newbies, as well as experienced marketers. In the past I’ve discouraged newbies from joining Earn1KaDay, but I have no reason to discourage anyone anymore. Now that Steven and Gregg are on board, they promised me that their content will enable virtually anyone to start making money with the information they’ll be providing.

The biggest benefit, however, remains to be seen. Though I’m retaining full ownership of Earn1KaDay, Gregg and Steven will be assisting me in running the site, giving me more time to recharge my batteries occasionally, as well as to improve the site in other ways, ways that I had no time to explore in the recent past. We already have some big plans that are being discussed.

Of course, these improvements come at a price (to me, not to you), so in the very near future the monthly price of Earn1KaDay will be increased for new members, or for those that voluntarily cancel for whatever reason and decide they want to rejoin after the price increase.

Many times in the past I’ve read posts that tell of members canceling their memberships elsewhere, in favor of Earn1KaDay, saving money in the process, and I want that to continue and increase. I truly believe that with the original bonus memberships of Instant Cash Generators, Sell Your Writing Online, and now Super Simple Marketing, along with all the other goodies and the fabulous community and shared information, we have something truly special.

I hope you agree.

The thing that makes Earn1KaDay special is, in my opinion, we’re small enough to get to know just about anyone who takes the time to post in the forum regularly, and big enough that if someone has a question, almost no matter how off the wall, someone has an answer.

I’ve also read in the past that one thing about Earn1KaDay.com that makes it nice, is that it’s much smaller than other forums or sites. That will remain true. We’ll never be the size of the Warrior Forum, or even Wealthy Affiliate. I couldn’t physically handle it, even with Gregg and Steven’s help, even with a few more Stevens and Greggs. So at some point there will be a member cap.

I know, I’ve said that before, I’ve always said the cap would be in the 600 to 800 range, and we’re in that range now. With Gregg and Steven, I can increase that limit, but not indefinitely.

In the meantime, I’ve gotten a lot of inquiries about the affiliate program. I’ve never listed Earn1KaDay in the Clickbank Marketplace, preferring to restrict the income opportunity to members only. And for some reason people have had problems finding details, which is mentioned here in the forum, in the JV section:

If you promote Earn1KaDay now, the price is still $29.95 a month, and you’ll get a 50% commission minus Clickbank fees. Or you can wait until the price goes up and get higher recurring commissions, it’s up to you. I don’t know when the price will go up, probably sometime in July, but it’s not definite. The new price will probably be $39.95 a month for new members (again any increase won’t affect what you pay).

The bottom line is two things … One, the value contained in your membership just got higher. Super Simple Marketing is going to be something special. And two, if something happens to me, the site will continue to thrive. It won’t cease to exist overnight.

Now for another announcement. I might be jumping the gun just a little, but one of our members (craigo) is about to launch a pretty decent product. Back in April this thread appeared as a very pleasant surprise, and I actually mentioned it in one of my emails:

I got to talking with Craig and figured out his methods. I don’t know if he was planning an eBook then, but thank goodness he’s sharing his methods now. He sent me a full review copy of “Secret Affiliate Code” and it’s a full 150+ page step by step guide, with some very nice bonuses, including mp3’s and videos.

See, Craig’s method is to get on the bandwagon of major launches before they launch. He shows in his report how to find them and get JV invites, and then he shows you how to do the nitty gritty work that will get you listed in the search engines for the product names and keywords that people will be searching for.

I know it’s possible, remember I showed in my Wikidot video how I got a good ranking for Frank Kern’s Mass Control launch, which I only did as a trial, and only a few days before the launch, and only with a single Wikidot page. That launch was hyper competitive, and still I landed on the top page of Google on the day of Frank’s launch.

Imagine if you would have planned an attack weeks in advance and done more than just a simple wiki page, what would be possible.

For example, if you could have gotten listed high in Google for “product launch formula” like Craig did, you could have had $3K days like he did. Surprisingly, he’s going to show you how to do that. You could probably do better by going after smaller launches, in other words ones that the likes of John Reese and the big guys aren’t competing with you on.

You’ll probably be getting some other emails directing you to his launch site, which starts selling on Thursday, June 19th, but what many of them won’t tell you is there’s a way to get a better price on the report. Sure, he gives you clues on his sales page if you read all the way to the bottom, but if you want to save $20 you need to do some work, as well as read all the way to the bottom, which most people don’t do, do they?
