AWeber ‘Secret’ - Buyer Beware

So I woke up this morning at 10am (I love working from home) and took a look at my e-mail.

I saw that James Brausch had posted a couple of new things one of which was a link to someone’s site where they are selling some ’secret’ AWeber information for $100.

I figured I’d do a bit of searching on the net because a lot of the time people sell information, it is freely available on the internet with a bit of research.

I didn’t find anything except people saying that you had to reconfirm your leads when you import them.

So I decided to go to the source and ask AWeber themselves. (Forgive my bad spelling with the guy please - Still half asleep)

Geoffrey Faivre-Malloy: Is the information that this guy is selling legitiamate?

http://www.hochstadt.com/aweber-secret

How can I import my external list to my aweber account without having people confirm their subscription again?

You are now speaking with Steve Archer of Customer Solutions.

Steve Archer: Welcome to Live Support.

Steve Archer: one moment I’m reading it

Geoffrey Faivre-Malloy: not a problem

Steve Archer: don’t honestly see how he could make such a promise, all imports require verification

Geoffrey Faivre-Malloy: there are no exceptions to that?

Steve Archer: no

Geoffrey Faivre-Malloy: ok. Thanks for your help

Hmmm…So AWeber says that it cannot be done. The only thing I can figure is that - perhaps - the seller has come up with a way to hack it somehow.

I am not saying that it isn’t legit but you should take this info with a grain of salt before you buy

I’ll let you know if I find out more information.
