Are You Missing Out on A Huge Market?
I’ve been watching James Brausch for some time. He runs his business quite differently from all the other ‘gurus’ out there.
One of the things that he has started to do in the past several months is have more products that are actually shipped to a customer.
Most recently, he has announced that he’s going to take his very popular Glyphius and go the route of using resellers.
Because he doesn’t want to compete with his reseellers he won’t actually sell it if he can get 10 resellers.
What’s interesting about this is that he’s charging $100,000 for the license to sell 1,000 copies of Glyphius.
So if he gets 10 resellers he’ll make a cool million and he’ll have to put in less than a few hours worth of work.
Not bad! Not bad at all!
What I don’t understand, however, is his insistence on switching to a (in my opinion) outdated method of shipping software or MP3’s or videos.
Certainly, the customer gets something in their hand but they’ve also got to wait for it.
The only thing I can think of is that, perhaps, by having his products available on Amazon he reaches customers that he previously would not have.
What do you think?
G-Man
P.S. James - if you’re reading this, perhaps you’d like to respond?
